Justine Irvine – Inside Sales Specialist, Ideal Tridon 

FUN FACT: Justine loves to tell dad jokes - she has set a goal to make her coworkers groan at least once a day!  

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DAD JOKE? What do you get when you cross an octopus with a cow? A reprimand from the Scientific Integrity and Professional Ethics Committee and immediate withdrawal of your grant funding.  

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Ideal Tridon, Justine Irvine hopes to be a one-stop-shop for her customers; she provides quotes and pricing, shares literature and other product information, fields POs, and assists with anything else she can. Justine joined the Aftermarket Sales team in August 2024 and she is excited to work with the team and get to know her customers better as she continues to grow in her current role.  

Though she is new to her current role, Justine is no stranger to Ideal Tridon – she previously worked as a Customer Service Representative before taking a brief sabbatical to complete a grant-writing program. She also worked as an overages and damages clerk at AAA Cooper and an English teacher. Her extensive experience in providing quality service and building relationships will certainly serve her well in her new role, where she manages a number of key accounts.  

When she isn't busy calling on customers, Justine stays busy with ballroom dance lessons, water sports, hiking, and bowling – and she's a newlywed! Justine and her husband got married in August 2024. Together, they have three dogs, two cats, and a corn snake, and Justine has two adult children. They love to explore and look forward to many more adventures together.
