Cody Locknane – National Sales Manager, Industrial OE, Ideal Tridon Group

Taking responsibility as a unit and strong leadership are just two of the things Cody Locknane values most in a workplace – both of which served as a key factor in his joining the Ideal Tridon Group team as the National Sales Manager for Industrial OE in May 2024. Cody says he's excited to join a company that represents his values and take on this new role. "There's a lot of good energy in the office. It's different than anywhere else I've worked."

Before coming to ITG, Cody worked for an electrical solutions manufacturer as a Vertical Growth Leader, where he worked with marketing, engineering, and product management to align on strategy and grow the business in the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries. His experience in developing training materials, researching opportunities for product innovation, and exploring M&E targets will certainly serve him well in his new role, where he manages key Industrial & OE accounts.

When he is at home in Texas, Cody loves to spend time with his wife, Paige, their two sons, Wyatt and Holden, and their two border collies, Woodrow and Winnie. While he mostly stays busy taking his two boys to sports practices and school activities, Cody also enjoys cooking, golfing, travelling, and spending time outdoors.
