Over twenty-three years ago, Heather Riggs began her career at ZSi-Foster as a floor associate and worked her way up to her present position of Operations Manager at the Foster facility in Springfield, Missouri.

Heather's chief job duty is to manage production within a fast-paced environment that calls for agility and flexibility. She ensures that shifting needs are met with a competent and cross-trained staff supported by a strong set of operational values. With a 99% on-time delivery and ship complete rating, it is clear that Heather's team knows how to get things done!
